1. Digital Services & Non-Returnable Nature

TechZTron provides digital services including:

  • Website design & development

  • Branding & UI/UX design

  • Digital marketing services

  • Custom software and web applications

Because these services are delivered digitally and involve professional time and planning, they cannot be physically returned.


2. Refund & Return Duration (One Week)

TechZTron allows refund requests within 7 days (one week) from the project start date or purchase date.

After the 7-day period, we are unable to process any refunds.

3. Project Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If work has not started, you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers.

After Work Has Started

If work has already begun:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Delivered work, design drafts, layouts, or development modules are non-refundable.

  • Upfront deposits become non-refundable once TechZTron begins any initial project activity such as research, planning, or concept design.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guaranteeion

Before Work Begins

If work has not started, you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers.

After Work Has Started

If work has already begun:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Delivered work, design drafts, layouts, or development modules are non-refundable.

  • Upfront deposits become non-refundable once TechZTron begins any initial project activity such as research, planning, or concept design.

5. Customized Digital Products

For fully customized projects (branding, UI/UX, custom-coded websites, tailored systems):

  • Refunds are not available once the first draft or design concept has been delivered.

  • If  TechZTron has completed the agreed-upon scope, the project is considered final and non-refundable.

6. Delays & Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Late delivery of required project content

  • Slow or inconsistent communication

  • Scope changes during the project

  • Third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, etc.)

TechZTron will always aim to communicate timelines clearly and professionally.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting TechZTron for resolution:

  • All project work will be paused immediately.

  • Administrative or legal costs associated with the dispute may be billed to the client.

We encourage all clients to contact us before escalating a dispute.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used.
